Dr. Narayan Jayashankar is a distinguished ENT and Skull Base Surgeon based in Mumbai, India, with over two decades of experience in high-precision ear microsurgery and endoscopic transnasal procedures. He is widely regarded as a specialist in the fields of Neurotology, Lateral Skull Base Surgery and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery. He visited the world-renowned Prof Mario Sanna at Italy for lateral skull base surgery and mastered endoscopic skull base techniques at Ohio State University with Prof Ricardo Carrau and Prof Daniel Prevedello.

Beyond the operating theater, Dr. Jayashankar is a prolific educator and academician. He has been invited as faculty to over 250 workshops and conferences across India and internationally, where he shares his surgical techniques with the next generation of ENT surgeons. He also serves as the course director for specialized training programs in lateral and endoscopic skull base surgery at Nanavati Hospital.
